Power Flow Get ready to sweat. Our Power Flow classes combine breath and movement to bring your body into a deep stretch. These classes move at a quicker pace and some previous yoga experience is recommended.
Yin Flow This class takes its time, moving fluidly from one pose into the next but focusing on holding and deepening the pose and finding stillness with each breath. This class is a great place to practice deep relaxation but each pose holds its own challenges. And for some of us being still is the challenge! This class is suitable for any experience level.
Weekend Warrior With a different theme or focus each week, the Weekend Warrior is a great place to challenge yourself and to build strength and stamina while learning through a variety of different techniques.
Meditation Each week this class begins with a discussion of a different style or method of meditation, followed by a guided meditation. This class is designed to help build your personal arsenal of meditation techniques and resources that you can use anywhere.
Ashtanga In this 90 minute class we explore the traditional lineage of Ashtanga Yoga both as a set sequence of postures as laid out by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois but also in its definition as the eight-limb philosophy. By exploring how yoga philosophy can help us navigate our daily lives we open ourselves to opportunities for personal growth. This class can be physically challenging. Some previous yoga experience is recommended.
Lunch Express This class runs for 30 minutes every weekday and has a different theme or focus each day. Yoga is a great way to re-energize, promote focus and reduce stress. This class will help you keep your energy flowing throughout the day. No previous yoga experience necessary. We have numerous teachers guide this class so that offers great variety throughout the week.
Prenatal Yoga This class is suitable for every stage of pregnancy and will include physical postures, breathing techniques and relaxation. Participants must be registered for the class.
Yoga For Sport This class is designed to highlight areas of the body that are commonly prone to sports related injuries (e.g. knees). Each class has a different theme or focus and much attention is given to modifications to change your practice to accommodate an injury, prevent an injury and to deepen and refine the muscle stretch in each pose. The goal of this class is to develop a practice of mindful movement that is a great complement to any active lifestyle.
Gentle Yoga This flow class is designed to help improve flexibility and promote relaxation. Gentle yoga is a great complement to any yoga practice and is suitable for all ages and abilities.
