It only took me 7 years to build up the courage to sign up for YTT, which has been the greatest decision I have made; it was all about the right timing in my life. Yoga has allowed me to be more calm and centred. It has made stressful times just a little bit less stressful and lifted my spirits when I'm feeling down. It has taught me that I can always come back to my breath at any given moment, be present and to love myself. I'm excited to share my passion for yoga with others! My classes will have a mix of fun, flowing movement with some restorative and relaxation.
