Krista teaches vinyasa flow and restorative (relaxation) yoga. When she is not teaching yoga she works part time as an accountant. Krista has been teaching and practicing yoga for over 15 years, and has over 400 hours of teacher training. Krista is inspired and has trained with fabulous yoga teachers such as Seane Corn, Sofia Diaz, Cyndi Lee, and Katie McClelland, and draws upon the beautiful teachings offered by these great teachers when she creates and teaches classes. Krista’s style of teaching style is fluid, compassionate, and trustable. She recognizes individual needs and she is committed to helping students become aware of their internal experience. Her definition of being Fearless: being connected, balanced, and open-hearted through all experiences.
