Gentle Flow - Don't be deceived, this class can be challenging. A vinyasa inspired class with some longer-held poses. Suitable for all experience levels.
Intermediate Flow - Threading the poses together in a fluid way. Be prepared to laugh and experiment. Some experience recommended as this class is faster-paced.
Strong Flow - A combination of vinyasa-flow movements and functional strengthening to power up your morning. Some yoga experience recommended.
